In nice condition for its age.

This item is old. It has staining, discoloration, fading, scratches, dents, and scuff marks. Pages are ripped/ teared. Has the old smell to it.

Normal from age and use and long time storage.

There may be some pen or pencil writing inside the book. I did not see any when I flick through the pages quickly.

I actually found this inside of an old man's work shop. He is 92 years old. He used to own multiple car dealerships he is now long retired  and enjoying life. He had lots of unique items.
