• Youmust return the item in the same condition as it was received. Thismeans that the item must be free from damage of any type, including,but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement orindication of removed screws/fasteners or seals, unless described orshown in the item's listing.
• Additionally. products labeledwith a security or Warranty Void Seal must have the seal present,intact, and unaltered. A damaged or removed seal will result in norefund being issued.
• You must also include, in the samecondition as it was received, the original packaging such as boxes,bags, tags, and UPCs, all accessories such as cords and remotecontrols, and all certificates, manuals, and paperwork included withyour purchase.
• You must ship the item in its original packagingor packaging that gives an equal degree of protection to insure that itarrives undamaged to our facility.
