Refund Policy

If a product has been delivered to you andyou have opened the original product packaging then you have agreed to be boundby these terms and conditions. Returns for refunds will only be acceptedwithin30 daysfrom the date of purchase. Youmust return itemsin their original packaging and in the same condition as when you receivedthem. If you don't follow the’s item condition policy for returns,you may not receive a full refund.Shipping and handlingcosts are not refundable, there are 20% restock fee will be charged forsuch refund.If you have received free delivery then we reserve theright to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.

Warranty

All warranty claims to be directed to themanufacturer.

Brand new products listed come with a 12months return to base (RTB) warranty against manufacturing faults and defects.The some EOL products (but brand new), sale items, bonus (free) items andrefurbished products may only have a limited warranty, please check the itemdescriptions.

TheDOA(dead on arrival)item must be claimed (by email) within 3 days and the item must be sent back tous within 7 days from the date the customer has received the goods.

TheReturn Authorization (RA)number will be emailedto you for the DOA or the warranty claims, please return the item with the RAnumber and a copy of the purchasing invoice within 7 days.

A $30 handling fee will be charged to thecustomer if the warranty or the DOA item is found to be not faulty.

Buyers are responsible for all couriercharges and insurance costs.

Local pick up availableat our VICwarehouse(by appointment only).
