IBM PS2 8565-061 is a vintage IBM personal computing tower and is quite large at over 30 lbs. The computer came out of a police station early 90's and was well stored in a dry climate. The computer powers on but does not load the OS due to the 160 and 161 error codes being displayed. The internal battery ds1287 is dead, and will have to be replaced. The seller has not tested the function of the hard drive or the floppy, and the floppies are prone to failure and will likely require service or replacement. Due to the weight, and size of this monster, the computer is being sold AS-IS. Meaning this is a one way trip. I will carefully package the computer, but will also have to fully insure, because this could easily be dropped. This is a clean, and well preserved computer that needs work done to it to be fully functional. Only includes the tower, nothing else is included in the sale.
