Shipping and Local Pickup

Product Return Policy

• Quality Assurance: As an R2V3 compliant recycler, we ensure products match descriptions, testing and inventorying each, barring some vintage items.
• Returns: Contact us via for any discrepancies or non-functioning products within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds are issued upon receiving and verifying the returned item. We don't offer partial refunds or exchanges.
• Shipping for Returns: Shipping fees for returns aren't covered by us unless specified. For international returns via the Global Shipping Program, buyers cover return shipping, taxes, and import fees. Purchases made outside of this program using domestic freight forwarders should note that the 30-day return starts upon arrival at the forwarding location.
