As a general rule, we will prepare your shipment to go out within one to two business days after payment has been received. We mostly use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested – USPS Ground Advantage and Media Mail may also be used when appropriate. And, we’ll be happy to combine shipping whenever possible.

We do accept returns within 30 DAYS provided that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received. The buyer pays for shipping to include tracking on the item – NO refunds can be processed without a tracking number. The refund will be issued as soon as the item is back in our hands and inspected.
