If you are looking for a longer warranty please use the All State Protection Plan offered for an additional cost.
Please be aware that we are not offering any extended warranty and any claims after 30 days would be done through that plan.

Beyond that the items Condition Description Section (CDS) well explain any other issues. Unless listed under refurbished items are not fully inspected. If an item is not NEW then it may have scratches, marks, dents or chips on it. We try to state this all in CDS.

Congrats you won or your offer was accepted, now what?
We expect payment within two (2) calendar days of the items sold date.
Non-paying buyer Cases are automatically opened after 2 days of non-payment. Once another 2 days have passed the case is automatically closed in our favor and non-payment will be recorded on the “buyers” account.
Your order will ship by its due date. Which can either be 1 or 2 business days.
Please don’t send us messages asking us to ship your item out asap or today. If we get it safely packaged in time before our pick up it will happen. Messaging us actually slows down the process as our shipper does messages as well.
Our response states a lot that items came earlier and packaged well. We ship as if it was going to be sent to us.
Important information
We are only working from the office from 9am to 4pm NYC (EST) Time Monday - Friday.
We check for offers and messages at least once an hour during the business day.
Any questions or offers outside the above stated time frame will be answered in the order received. We do our best to reply within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded as we give our team time with their families.
Please do not send multiple emails as it just slows down the process of replying to you.
If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item please let us know through message BEFORE opening a return/exchange request. Once the return is open, the item must be returned even if we have more of that item.
If available we can swap out a damaged or defective item for the same item.
If the same item isn’t available but we have something close to it, we can offer that as a solution.
Using “item not as described”, “Doesn't match description or photos”, “Received wrong item” or “Item is defective” and that is not the correct option, You will be reported.
