The MSS1-T2 is a multiprotocol micro serial server that provideEthernet connections for personal computers, terminals, modems, anddevices that would not otherwise be connected to a network.
The MSS can be used to start outbound Ethernet connections to hosts onTCP/IP, IPX/SPX, and LAT networks. It can also provide interactive access toa device connected to its serial port. However, unlike traditional print servers,the MSS does not support printing protocols such as LPR, RTEL, andPCONSOLE, or queueing.
This server is in like new condition. It has been used only a few days by an R&D Lab to validate other equipment ethernet connection.
It is provided in original packaging as a bundle including:
