It is stuck at unlocked, though, so the case is useable if you don't need the combination lock to be working. The latch still closes but the spring.on the open/close lever is not pushing the lever back to automatically close the latch. You can push the lever to the side when you close the latch and it will stay closed but if you don't push the lever back when you close.it.then it will not close the latch and will open the latch on its own. If you make sure to flick the lever over when you close it, then it will stay closed. The case is being sold for parts as the lock does not work and the latch lever is not under tension so if not flicked over when closed, it will not stay latched. Otherwise looks great and there is plenty of room to add separate latches if needed. There are receivers for a shoulder strap on both sides but no shoulder strap is included. Retail $399
