NOS IBM 256K 30-pin SIMM Vintage PC Computer Memory Module IBM FRU# 1497256! This is a really cool piece for IBM collectors! This uses the odd IBM SLT-style memory ICs, and while they appear to be 30-pin SIMMS, I believe they are for a specific system, so please be sure these will work for your application. These state they are for J9-B or J10-D ONLY. Probably from the mid-1980s. They were in a loose bag, but have no wear on the teeth. In very nice condition, please see pics!
