The central portion of the memo pad is surrounded by yellow, hot pink, and red stripes. The mousepad has the same yellow, pink, and red stripes with a series of sayings by Andy Warhol, such as \"You have to be willing to get happy about nothing.\" There is a plastic sleeve that fits over the memo pad and mouse pad combination.The memo and mousepad measures 6 3/4 inches across by 6 3/4 inches from top to bottom, and weighs 10 7/8 ounces.
