the feeling, condition and smell really appears to be brand new. however it was taken out of the box and some silver paint fell off from the cartridge\'sreader.

Its condition is truly remarkable and so is the box but I cannot guarantee 100% that it has never been used at all since i did not have it since its release. If you see, feel and smell the system you will understand that it screams brand new but it is not brand new like a sealed video game is brand new.

the system was not tested and although i truly believe it is brand new, it is not impossible a capacitor blew out with time or other what nots. because of its pristine condition i decided not to risk it and keep closed.
