  It takes approximately 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of order to shipment. Please understand our processing time, as we carefully review numerous orders with a small team.

  
  

  Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances with the shipping company. Particularly for South America, where shipping may take longer, we recommend using International Expedited Shipping. If your item does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier, as there may be issues with customs clearance.

  
  

  Items will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of purchase. Address changes are not accepted, so please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during purchase. The recipient's address and name must be written in English. If the address or name is written in another language, delivery may not be possible, and there is a risk of loss.
