- Bank Transfers accepted ONLY by prior arrangement.

Returns Policy:
- Faulty Items: Simply return the item to the supplied return address for us to test. If the item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you at our expense.
- Unwanted Items: If you no longer want the item / items you purchased from us – please send us an e-mail using the “Message to Seller” option.
- All Unwanted items MUST be in their original condition and original unopened packaging.
- All Unwanted items must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense. A restocking fee of 20% of the price of the items will be charged.
- Used Items: For security, safety and health reasons, NO RETURNS will be accepted for items that have been USED.
- All returns: ALL returned items MUST INCLUDE all parts, accessories and packaging.

- First Class Delivery – Normal Delivery time is 1 – 3 working days for delivery within the United Kingdom.
- Second Class Delivery – Normal Delivery time is 2 – 5 working days.
- Second Class Delivery and NEXT DAY courier service are the ONLY guaranteed delivery methods.
International:
- Normal Delivery time is 5 – 14 working days worldwide.
- For EXPRESS delivery, we use either UPS, DHL, tnt or HERMES courier services.
