1.This Heatbreak is improved with special Nano Coating called DLC, DLC Nano Coating not only has excellent wear resistance, but also has a very low friction coefficient and excellent corrosion resistance, with a generally smooth surface,better for filament feeding
2.Can reach up to 500°C degree. It is named "Bi-Metal Heatbreak" It has two components -Copper and Titanium TC4 with different thermalconductivity. Titanium TC4 reduces heat upward conduction at the heating position, and copper for heat dissipation to accelerate heatconduction.
3.The very smooth inner wall of the titanium plus the DLC nano coating the filament flows smoothly without clogging.A special process binds the titanium or copper with the nano coating together firmly.Package Includes
