ShippingPaymentTERMS and RETURNS
Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Most items purchased before 12 pm will be shipped same day. Please allow a few days to receive your item, though most items will be received a day or two afterwards. If you have not received your item 5 days after dispatch notification, please contact us so we can immediately trace your item
We ONLY accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be made immediately after purchase or item checkout will not work. You must be registered with PayPal to be viable to use it. If you do not have Paypal, please click here to register for an account.
Within 14 days after receiving your parcel, we offer a No-hassle 14 days exchange (replace) only if your parcel is defective due to any manufacturing problems. The faulty item will be Exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are Followed:
1 We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test Correctly.
2 The item must be returned in the same condition as was sent and with all the original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3 Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
4We must be informed about any returns first before sending back To send back without return ID (given by customer service) will not be accepted.
5 Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
6 We are not responsible for item lost during returning.
7 Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer\'s expense and a restocking charge will be taken off before refunds are issued.
