Answer: MB PRO 1 is bluetooth mobile connection only. If it says UC it comes with a computer dongle to be able to connect to a compute soft phone as well, as the mobile phone. MB PRO 1 UC is for any soft phone besides Microsoft Skype. the MB PRO 1 UC ML is for Skype/Microsoft soft phone

Answer: if you push the button on the head set it says 10 hours, I have it on all day (taking off for lunch). Never had any issues!! love it!

Answer: No, but in my opinion a carrying for this headset would just add bulk and sometimes it can become a bad/lazy habit to not want to hold the button to disconnect. Answer: Yes, it works extremely well with Dragon Medical Practice Edition. The headset is comfortable and it provides accurate voice recognition. It requires it's own bluetooth dongle, which is included as an accessory, and it will not interface with standard hardware based bluetooth. This microphone is an excellent choice for use with Naturally Speaking Can this connect to a laptop via usb instead of bluetooth?
Answer: The MB Pro1 cannot technically be a USB microphone because it's a Bluetooth microphone. The confusion is that it includes a Bluetooth USB dongle which means it's pre-paired. Built-in Bluetooth rarely works for speech recognition and that's why you'll find this and similar microphones on the KnowBrainer Does this headset work with at&t tl86109 & tl86009 phone? would you need other accessories (like a lifter) to answer the call?
Answer: The MB Pro won't be compatible with those phones I'm afraid. However if you get the AT&T TL7600 Replacement Mic and Charging Stand, you would be able to connect it directly to the phone using the built in DECT :)

Answer: This unit does not come with charging stand, but comes with a charging cord. The cord connects with a Sennheiser magnetic connector, and a typical USB plug at the other end. Unless your current stand/charger is for Sennheiser products, it will not charge this headset.
If your stand/charger is from Sony or Telex or Plantronics or another popular headset maker, it is not likely to work with this Sennheiser headset.
However I do highly recommend this Sennheiser headset. It is a wonderful Does it announce callers name ?
Answer: Not automatically, but if you pair this with a modern phone that has a feature to read a caller's name it would play through the headset.
This headset will not create the feature of announcing the caller's name.

Question: Does this need to be connected to a USB charging port or does the charging stand plug in to an electrical outlet?
Answer: It comes with a wall charger. You can buy a separate USB cable for charging without the stand. I use it when My friend's device has a voice to report " X hours is remaining" for battery charge. but not mine!!!
