*Buyeragrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed in the ad. International buyers please pay shippingcharges to your country. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable under anycircumstances.

Packaging:All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier. Freightshipments are strapped to a pallet and cellophane wrapped. It may or may not have a frame around itand/or crate.

Returns:When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back.Items must be returned within 14 days ofdelivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping(original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition itwas sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). Allcomponents and accessories included in the original listing must be returned.Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance isrequired for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damageduring return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do notcomply with these terms.

We do notaccept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our location. It willleave our building in good condition. Filing damage claims with the freightcarrier is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect your items uponreceipt. Any damage must be documented with the freight carrier before theydepart your location. We insure most of our shipments and take photographs whenthey are wrapped prior to shipping.
We alsocannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only available from the manufactureron new equipment for a limited time. If you prefer a warranty, we suggest youpay a higher cost for new equipment. We test every piece we are capable of,prior to sending it out. We have tested this item and show it working in ourpictures, but please be aware we are selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make noclaims to the functionality of the item once it leaves our facility. We sellour equipment at a deep discount from the new price and want you to consider itas NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures so you understand that if you need apart like a thermostat or something... we do not account for this.
If youritem includes free shipping and you decide to return it for any reason, theshipping fees will be deducted from your refund. We do accept returns, but notfor a claim of “Item doesn’t match the description” since we claim nothingtowards the functionality.
