Return & Refund Policy
If you see any damage or loss from the shipment, please contact us immediately within 48 hours after the confirmed receiving date. Then, we need to deal with shipping carriers (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/USPS) for shipping damage claim. Please, note that we will make the best packaging possible in order to reduce any damage for your item. Our Return or Refund process needs to have our official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number before sending back the item. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and related handling. All packaging and accessories must be in original condition and minimum of 25% restocking fee of the itemprice will be charged for any return. Shipping & Handling and Insurance costs for the original shipment will not be refunded.
