Unknown Intel vintage early IC ROM gold chip , I'm not sure it is the Intel 1301 chip due to no number mark on it , please see the picture of the wafer carefully . I do not think the IC is functioning , some bonding gold wire is disconnected , no top protection window glass .Sale as is for collectible purpose .
