This version of the Microsoft Multiplan is intended for "Apple II or III with Softcard System and CP/M-80"! The manual is massive, 420 8.5X11 pages. It appears to be photocopies of a three ring binder version, note the "holes" showing on the cover. The pages were then bolted together! Amazing, to think of the work required to do even something as simple as entering a formula, 40 years ago...
