The unit being sold is in used condition and has some signs of wear and tear from previous use. However, it has been tested and is functioning properly. The monitor included in the package is of B grade quality and has some scuffs and scrapes on the case, but the screen is still in good condition. Returns or Exchanges
A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless explicitly written otherwise. These blemishes are not easily noticeable when the screen is powered on with a “busy” background, but may be noticeable with a solid color background or when powered off. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have moderate scratches. While we make every effort to detect defective pixels, they may still be present in monitors in this category.
Grade C monitors have scratches or shadows on the screen that are noticeable when the screen is powered on, but the monitor is fully functional. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have moderate scratches and/or hairline cracks. Monitor may have defective pixels.
