For sale is one Intel 486 DX2 CPU die. These were from a wafer that was factory diced, but the cuts were slightly misplaced so they never made it to final packaging.
The dies are approximately 7mm x 12mm and in excellent condition for collection, display, or mounting in jewelry. First photo shows die and gold plated back. Second detailed 80486DX2 photomicrograph by Pauli Rautakorpi is shown for reference only. Will ship well packaged to protect from damage.
