Packard Bell vintage. Probably around 1993 or 1994 As you can see from the pictures it works. Needs windows loaded on it. And a hard drive. This is definitely vintage. Needs case screws on the bottom of the panels. Panels are loose but once you get the screws you're good to go. I included the pictures cuz I did plug it up but I don't have a way to install Windows 95 on it.  Might do Windows 98 but I'm not 100% sure. As you can see it does power on. This is definitely a classic for those that love classic computers. This is as far as I've tested it. If you have any questions please ask. I need a hard drive can include one for a small fee.
