Vintage Rare Franklin PC 8000 Computer - Estate Sale SOLD AS IS
Physically in very nice condition for such a vintage computer. Two of the rubber feet on the bottom of the case are missing. There are a few marks on top right side of the case.
Computer does not power on. It does not have any visible water damage or components missing, that I can tell. This is a great somewhat hard to find item these days.
Franklin PC-8000
Before Apple forced Franklin out of the desktop computer market entirely, the company released three PC compatible systems, the PC-5000, PC-6000 and PC-8000 (pictured here)
They all were quite similar, based on the Intel 8088. Depending on the versions, they had 512 to 640 KB of RAM, one or two 360 KB floppy drives, standard serial and parallel ports, built-in game port, composite video and audio outputs.NAME
