Return Conditions

Returns must be shipped in the same packaging materials and include all original items (no partial returns). We record all serial numbers and part tags for verification. All server returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, which we may waive at our sole discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

This is a VERY HEAVY server and exceeds the Fedex/UPS 50lb limit so they automatically add a heavy package charge - we've had to update our shipping prices to reflect this. This item ships out around 60-65lbs in a large 36" x 24" x 8" box lined with at least 2" of foam on all sides. We do not profit from shipping. Please contact us with any questions you may have!
