• The FREE shipping will be sent via a protected envelope for up to 5 YubiKey’s purchased. So there is no tracking info as it is a normal stamped mail.If you purchase a single order of more than FIVE (5) YubiKey’s, I will upgrade your shipping to the second option at NO COST.

Warranty:

All items are guaranteed for 7 days of receipt of the item (tracking number shows delivered).The Free Shipping option is a Stamped Envelope for orders less then 5 Yubikeys. Because of this, there is no tracking information. If you do not receive the item, my policy is to wait atleast 15 days from shipment date. If you still have not received the item, we can work out a refund or resend a new item (Your Choice). I will only resend a single replacement key, to ensure that you receive the key, I will require to be shipped with a tracking number to ensure the item arrives.
