Here are some things you should know about this unit:These units require proper setup and are not the easiest to configure. We do offer setup support and will help you through the process. We do not recommend using this unit with your mobile device. These units are compatible with both Mac and PC, but if you are using on a Mac, you will need to configure the printer on a PC first. Once you obtain the proper IP address, then you can use that on the Mac. This is an additional step. If you want us to send you a unit configured with your IP address, we can do that. You will need to send us your IP address (For Example 192.168.1.1 and we can set the IP address on the unit to 192.168.1.240). If you are using this unit to print shipping labels, you need to make sure the labels size in “Printer Preferences” is set to 4×6 and the darkness is adjusted (Darkness Set to 20 is recommended). You will also need to set the “Dithering” to none.

We offer free setup support over the phone or remotely through Team-viewer. In addition, we also have a great setup video for Windows 10. Most importantly, this Zebra Printer works great with Mac or PC.

• There will be a 20% restocking fee if the shipment is refused upon arrival, but not on other agrees if their received package has damage to provide photos and cooperate if requested to allow Refurb-World, LLC to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
• Buyer agrees to reach out to the Seller with a description of their issue prior to opening a return for any reason other then "Doesn't Fit" or "Change Mind".  If buyer opens a return opens are return for "Doesn't Fit" or "Change Mind", a return label will be provided and paid for by the Seller.
