This is a VoIP phone. It requires expertise to install. You can't simply plug it in and expect it to work. It will NOT work on a plain phone line. This phone requires a Zultys phone system and the associated programming to work.

A Zultys 2x2 phone. Tested on a Zultys MX-30, then reset to factory defaults. Includes power unit, new blank label, handset and handset cord. We don't believe this phone will work on PoE so having the correct (unusual voltage) power unit is important.
