The Admin5 no longer recognizes my password. I need the password in order to change the password. When I ask for the password to be emailed, I receive this message

Just blanks.
Someone was able to break in and change the attributes of one of my names and passwords, and they did it with ease.
Can I protect against such occurrences in the future and can I regain the use of Admin5?
