The various Netscape issues are due to problems with the CSS used in the new Infopop.com website. The web team is aware of this issue, and is working to fix it.
I'm going to move this topic into the "I don't know where to post this" forum for further followups, as it isn't a UBB6 bug. Thanks for the feedback!
