I think it is a time out issue, but I'm not sure. I have seen this as well on my site. Kind of made me made yesterday when I had a post it took me 2 hours to generate (technical in nature) and when I went to submit it I received that message. Again, I think it is a time out issue with the "Sessions" or cookies, but I'm not sure about it.
