I've done the male/female thing as well as sexual orientation and more for a board.

The extra fields are nice.... and alot of people use it for male/female, but it would be nice to have pull downs or radio buttons as options to avoid goofy answers, as well as customize what info is displayed with posts. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />
