Ok, check to make sure that your permissions are correct on all your files, and that you uploaded everything (except image files) in ASCII. Make sure you uploaded your Templates in ASCII too! Might want to double-check just to make sure your path to Perl on the ultimatebb.cgi file is correct.
I see you are installing 6.02? There have been many important bug fixes since then, you should upgrade to 6.05, which addresses a lot of these issues.
