Do not use PHP's phpinfo() for path information - it can be misleading.
In fact, most of the time, the paths pre-filled when setting up your UBB are nearly correct. If they aren't, use the environmental variables link on the setup page and the instructions in the installation guide to help you figure out the paths.
Either way, this doesn't belong in post-installation troubleshooting, as you haven't installed your board yet.
