I think you guys have some server issues...you guys have been up and down since you put your board up, and have had all kinds of weird problems, on all the versions. I would seriously be considering a service change/upgrade - a shared linux host on dialisdn.net isn't exactly a powerhouse for serious traffic. At least get them to verify thier perl implementation and partition limits - sometimes shared hosts just don't keep a good eye on their servers...
