Thanks for the suggestion, but I've check'em. I'm running the server here at home. All the permissions are good to go. The problem only happens intermittently. I think I've noticed that it begins to happen as more users are on the site. Now that I have the Who's Online feature I can see that as the number of users hitting the site increases, so does the instances of these errors.
I have a clean install of the OS and nothing else is running on the server but IIS, UBB and Perl. I have installed PHP but that causes a whole batch of other problems when enabled so I don't run it right now.
But, with that said the board does appear to run faster under 6.2. I've read other people saying the same thing and I also know that Infopop claims that's not a feature... but I've noticed a marked improvement in speed.
