http://www.jackrussells.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi is the URL to the forums. There were a few modifications to the stock code several years back but I think all of those have been lost with upgrades. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I will open a support ticket if the problem persists. I just wanted to find out of anyone else had recently heard of similar problems.
