Never mind, I figured out the problem. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> There were a couple of new subdirectories in the "Modules" directory, and on these ones when I was doing the upgrade and I uploaded the files, I forgot to set the permissions properly.
