Enter your control panel and select the Rebuild & Reindex item on the left menu, under the Maintenance header.

Check the "Rebuild User Subscription Index" checkbox and submit. That will go through all the topics and reindex the user subscriptions, which should get rid of whatever wonky data has ended up in there.
