Ok, you have a bold tag that never gets closed.

Code
<b><center>
<table BORDER=10 CELLPADDING=10 COLS=1 WIDTH="95%" BGCOLOR="#CECEFF" >
<tr>
<td><b>
<center>
<img src="/ubb/icons/icon50.gif">
<font size=4 color=blue>
Maritime, Canadian, And Other Seventh-day Adventists OnLine
<img src="/ubb/usa_flag.gif">
<br>Family Fellowship Forums & Chat Rooms</font> </center>
<br>Serving both members and friends of the Maritime
Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church,
the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Canada, and
anybody else in the rest of the world who wishes to join us!
</b>
</td>
</tr>
</table></center>

So in that block there are 2 bold tags being opened, but only one is being closed. More than likely, that is the problem.
