Ah, ok - the languages section is useful.

But can we turn off the welcome message entirely? We don't really have any use for it.

And while I'm at it, (where) can we:

Turn off the "Posting icon" feature?

Turn off the calendar, period?

Turn off the "Forum List" and FAQ links in the headers?
