I'm going to guess that this is related to MySQL 5's strict mode in where you can't have a blank value for an integer column. Is this your server or a hosted server? I'm making some changes to the import script to account for this and should have it finished by this afternoon. If this is your server there is a SQL command that you can use to disable strict mode so the importer will work properly:
SET GLOBAL SQL_MODE='';
