definitely see breaks as counting as characters!
Nothing worse than saying "your sig is only allowed to have so-many characters", and then some smart aleck makes it really TALL with a bunch of breaks. lol
Actually - what'd be great is if we could distinguish characters
displayed: that is, HTML code and URLs don't count toward the limit - only
displayed characters. I'd vote for that (if we could vote ;))
