Apache 2.x, PHP 5.x, MySQL 4.x would be my recommendations (though some would want to say MySQL 5.x just because it's the "new contender" to the ballpark).

The UBB is capable of running on Apache 1.x with PHP 4.3.x and MySQL 4.
