You should think of having a specialized usergroup aswell, then you don't have to assign your "techs" as a moderator of every forum, and it'd allow you to allow differant types of "techs" to differant forums...
This is a cool sugguestion though, with a simple tick in your forum settings you could make your forum replicate a $3k support system...
