UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Removing Notification that Post Has Been Edited

In some of our forums we have the option under Post Options to "mark as edited" and in other forums that option is not available.

Where in the Control Panel do we change this setting? We want the option in all forums.
