This problem really has nothing todo with performance Rick, my own board, and this board in fact, works -fast- for me, still I've always had this preview problem.
I wanted to do some testing to help you to reproduce this problem, but suddenly the preview works for me on this version 7.1B3 of UBBT! It works for both the Quick Reply and the Reply Preview.
