UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support How to add Subtopics

Control Panel » Forum Settings » Add New Forum » Forum Basics » Parent:

"If you choose a forum as the parent, this forum will be made a subforum."

So if you create forums for football, baseball, etc, you'd just assign the "Post Your Picks" forum as the Parent for each.
