I think this is it:

Try:
Replace the bare \n's with \r\n

In:
Control Panel » Languages » Language Editor » adduser.php

PASS_BODY
NEWREGBODY

Unfortunately I cannot search for \n as it's too short. If I find more I'll amend this post.
